Christian Students Fellowship (CSF) Website
A university Christian fellowship with over 500 active members was struggling to coordinate weekly schedules, communicate event details, and manage ministry assignments across multiple groups — including Women’s Fellowship, Men’s Fellowship, Choir, Bible Study, Evangelism, and an Intercessory Group. Schedule creation was done manually via spreadsheets and WhatsApp, leading to missed assignments, duplicate roles, and confusion about meeting times and locations. Members had no central place to find spiritual resources, submit prayer requests, or view upcoming events. Leadership lacked visibility into member engagement, donation campaigns, and alumni connections. The existing system was fragmented, inefficient, and unable to scale with the growing fellowship.
