SME Inventory System
๐ The Problem
A growing Ghanaian retail business with 3 branches and a small warehouse was losing significant revenue due to stock discrepancies, overstocking of slow-moving goods, and frequent out-of-stock situations for bestsellers. Staff were manually reconciling inventory across branches using WhatsApp messages and paper records. End-of-day stock counts took over 2 hours and were riddled with human error. The owner had no visibility into which branch was profitable or which supplier was reliable.
๐ง Our Secure Approach
We began with a full workflow audit across all 3 branches. We designed a centralized inventory dashboard with real-time stock syncing, barcode scanning support for stock intake, and an automated low-stock alert system. Supplier purchase orders were digitized, with delivery confirmation built into the intake flow. Sales data from each branch was aggregated into a unified reporting panel, giving the owner daily performance insights. The system was designed to work reliably on low-bandwidth connections common in Ghanaian retail environments.

๐ฌ Client Feedback
Before PsyCatech, I was flying blind. I didn't know which branch was making money or which products were sitting dead on my shelves. Now I open the dashboard every morning and I can see everything โ stock, sales, supplier payments. It has completely changed how I run my business.
