Educational LMS
๐ The Problem
A private school network with campuses across the Greater Accra Region was struggling to maintain consistent academic standards after expanding to 50+ schools. Teachers used different grading systems, parent engagement was nearly zero outside of PTA meetings, and school management had no centralized view of student performance. During COVID-19 disruptions, the lack of a remote learning infrastructure forced the entire network to a standstill. Administration relied on paper report cards and phone calls for parent communication.
๐ง Our Secure Approach
We built a tailored Learning Management System that handled the entire academic lifecycle โ from lesson planning and assignment creation to grading, reporting, and parent communication. Teachers could upload video lessons with auto-captioning hosted on AWS, set deadlines, and grade submissions online. An automated SMS and app notification system kept parents informed of attendance, grades, and upcoming events. School administrators got a birds-eye dashboard with performance trends across all campuses. We ran a 3-week training program for all teachers before the full rollout.

๐ฌ Client Feedback
Our teachers were hesitant at first, but PsyCatech trained them so well that within two weeks, everyone was using it daily. Parents are now more engaged than ever. The platform paid for itself in the first term through the efficiency gains alone.
